Shipping and return policies for GGBR Records & Tapes

Return Policy
1) All discrepancies must must be made aware within 60 days of shipping date.
2) We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged, due to customer/post office error.
3) We cannot declare any inaccurate information on custom forms. If items are returned due to unclaimed items from customs, shipping charges can not be refunded.
4) If a package is not delivered and is returned, there will be an additional shipping charge to send the package off again.
5) No refunds on any signed, autographed or personalized items.
