Shipping and return policies for GGBR Records & Tapes

Return Policy
1) All discrepancies must must be made aware within 60 days of shipping date.
2) We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged, due to customer/post office error or theft.
3) If you have been waiting on a package, chances are they may be in customs. Contact your local post office as they may have it. If not send us a message and we'll try and track it down for you.
4) We cannot declare any inaccurate information on custom forms. If items are returned due to unclaimed items from customs, shipping charges can not be refunded.
5) If a package is not delivered and is returned, there will be an additional shipping charge to send the package off again.
6) Shipping charges are not refunded if an item has been returned.
7) No refunds on any signed, autographed or personalized items.
